Sadiya Abjani is the Director of Training and Instructional Design at SAGE, an organization focused on advocacy and services for LGBTQ+ older adults. Sadiya joined SAGE in 2015 and has worn many hats at the organization, including spending time as the Director of Learning and Equity. Currently, she is responsible for content creation, training delivery, and training design focused on educating elder care providers across the continuum of care.

Sadiya’s skillset lies in creating interactive online courses from any material given to her, and has a large portfolio of courses across design platforms. Sadiya has worked at non-profits for a majority of her professional career, with her expertise focusing on adult education. She received her Bachelors in Islamic Studies and English from the University of Texas at Austin.
