You may be wondering: “Hey, this is a high-touch industry. We don’t need technology” Or “My staff can handle this. They are well-trained and will do a better job than a computer will.”
This is somewhat true but here’s what’s missing here: There are certain types of messaging that is better done by a computer. 😁
Here’s an example:
A caregiver applies to a job and is available to talk at that exact moment.
How fast can you respond to this applicant? Are you busy with another caregiver or a client? What if another agency answers their questions about the position before you do?🤔
You can have an auto-response to an applicant with a simple message: “Hi <first name>, thank you for applying. When would you be available for a quick call to discuss your application? Feel free to call us at <phone number>.” If you can add a video to add a personal touch, even better.🌟
In our platform, this has increased the engagement rate of applicants by 10X. At that point on, you have more time to respond to the applicant yourself and focus on higher-value messaging. ✅
