How to make a jobs tab on your Facebook Business page to get more caregiver applicants

I have seen so many home care agencies without a “Jobs” tab on their Facebook business page. Using the “Jobs” tab to post your job openings enables Facebook to inform active applicants within your service area of potential job opportunities.

If you don't do so you are losing the opportunity to inform your community and Facebook following about open job positions. On top of that, you are losing the opportunity to use Facebook’s free push notifications to applicants in your service area.

So today, I am going to teach you how to equip and rearrange the tabs on your Facebook business page so that Facebook can push your jobs to applicants actively looking in your service area.

1. Go to your Facebook Business page

2. In your tabs section click “More” and a drop down menu will appear.

3. Click “Edit Tabs”

4.Under “Templates” click “Edit current templates”

-Choose “services” in the drop down menu

5.Scroll down until you see a tab titled “Jobs”

-Equip the tab by clicking the enable switch button

6.After it is equipped, simply grab the tab and drag it up to the top

-You want to make sure it is either the 2nd or 3rd tab.

-This makes sure the tab is visible on the main menu

7.Once it is live, exit out of the settings and go back to your Business page

That is how you enable a jobs tab on your Facebook business page so you can start posting your caregiver job openings that Facebook will push to people actively looking for jobs within your service area.
