Which home care software have you had success with?
“Profits, profits, profits”
You want to make more money and reduce your workload right?
Now I’ll state the obvious: You need software.
With the worker shortage underway, you may find it harder to spend time talking to your customers, clients and partners. Why not take some vacation also right?
We recently talked to 30 home care operators and we’ve heard the whole spectrum of comments about technology from “We don’t need technology in home care” to “Could you build some AI that would do this for me? I need to hire a marketer at $85k a year and that’s expensive!”
In general, the problem is that not every software product suits your needs or is easy to use. A lot of products were repurposed for home care, were not built correctly or are just too expensive. I’ve also seen great products but it’s rather the exception. That’s my own opinion.
If built correctly, a software product, for example, will complete a lot of mundane and repetitive tasks a lot more effectively than a person if you factor in the cost of hiring, retaining and paying a salary. In turn, that helps you focus on what you do best, such as running your business as a whole.
So I’ll state the obvious again: You need software that works in home care.
We’ve heard of potential customers saying that they’ve worked with a Facebook marketing agency and it didn’t work for them. However, when we went deep into it, we found out that either the automation was too simple or that there was no automation at all. I agree with you, you should do the work and not work with these agencies. After all, who’s the best person to represent the company: YOU.
What’s your experience adopting software? Which type of software has been working for you?
