โI currently take care of my parents. When I finish with work, I head over to my parents to care for them and prepare their house for the following day. This gets easily overwhelming. So when I apply to jobs, I look for agencies that are welcoming of my family caregiver responsibilities. Most agencies say they โaccept all shiftsโ or โwork with your scheduleโ but sadly, they never hold up to their end of the deal.โ

Create a platform where caregivers feel comfortable to reach out to you and tell you where they need help in their work without it being a reflection on their performance.๐ฅ
