A majority of caregivers focus on agencies that support their staff. They look at pay growth, office support, training, and certification opportunities.

ou can offer free CPR/First Aid/AED training. Which also increases your credibility and trust from your existing clients.

You can partner with certification courses or adult schools around your area that certify HHA's & CNA's. (This can benefit the schools by increasing their hired rate after trained)

You can also offer additional paid training if they continue their education outside of work on their own.

In conclusion, caregivers are looking for agencies that support them inside and outside of work. If you are able to position yourself in this caring light, the more confident caregivers will feel to apply to your job.
